Installation Files

BG Pacific is now at version 0.11.
To play BG Pacific you need the main install file and the Hotfix (0.11).

To play 0.11 :

Version 0.11 contains all the update files required to play the new features. Version 0.1 is also required as 0.11 cannot be played on its own.

To play 0.1 :

Version 0.1 contains all the maps you need. No additional download is required for off-line or LAN play.

 

For online play most online servers run the newset version of the mod, be warned!

Installing to a Non-Default Directory

We use the ClickTeam installer for 0.11 to ease past problems. In case you need to change from the default directory BG Pacific 0.11 must be installed to the following directory:e

**Your Battlefield Vietnam Install**/mods/BG-Vietnam

if it isn't then the mod would still appear in the mods list with the correct name but not activate properly when selected. This is not obvious until an attempt is made to load a map. When correctly installed there is a brief splash screen before each map load.
